I am a New York-based Producer with over a decade of experience creating content across branded, short film, broadcast media, advertising and event coverage formats. Currently I work as a Content Producer at T Brand Studio, The New York Times' custom content arm. There, I operate between  creativity and business, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver visually compelling and strategically aligned campaigns across video, photography, and audio platforms. My experience ensures my projects achieve high standards of quality while remaining within scope and budget.

To date, aside from my work at The New York Times, I have worked with notable agencies, studios, and production companies including names such as Karmaloop, Vice, Epoch Films, Milk Studios, BFA, and Ogilvy. I have been fortunate to have had experience creating for high-profile brands like Hennessy, Michael Kors, Instagram, Facebook, Coach, Cadillac,  the New York Yankees and more. My work has even received recognition from influential publications and platforms like CFDA, Adweek, and Vogue.

In my own time, I am doing business as Lenny Toussaint Archives, through which I have been able to produce as well as provide creative services as a Director and Editor. Functioning this way helps to expand my skill set and keep my network active at the same time. The pursuit of craft has also resulted in my currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Digital Storytelling and Documentary Filmmaking at NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study.

I feel aligned with this particular academic pursuit, as it complements my professional goals of elevating multicultural narratives while challenging me to push my own creative boundaries. I intend to craft a thesis that explores the socioeconomic challenges current and next generation creators face trying to pursue a career in the arts, particularly in Film and Television during the advent of streaming. While I believe there are obstacles set for creators today, I also know there are plenty of opportunities out there, and plenty of us innovating ways to push forward and raise our voices. I look forward to sharing my findings in the near future.

I have a proven track record of managing projects from concept to delivery. With a sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative leadership style, I craft meaningful storytelling that resonates with audiences, ultimately resulting in a lasting impact.
